Browse through our unique selection of bars & bar backs, mini bars, and market umbrellas. Once you have browsed our rentals and are interested in booking, please fill out the rental form which you'll find under each product or located on our Form page.

Once we've received your inquiry, we will get back to you within 48hrs regarding availability. We encourage you to send us an inquiry as early as possible to ensure your desired rentals are available.
You are not able to book directly on our website. Our website is only used to showcase our inventory. We will work with you personally to confirm your booking and payment.

Services
Delivery Services
We offer delivery for all of our rentals! We currently offer delivery to Hamilton, Niagara Region, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brantford, Guelph, and Kitchener/Waterloo. If you are located outside these areas, please send us an email!
​Pick up options are available for the mini bars and umbrellas. We are located in Hamilton, Ontario.​ Statement bars & bar backs are delivery only.

Set Up Services
Upon delivery, the bar & bar back will be set up where you want it to be stationed for the duration of your event. We will ensure that everything is secure and ready to go. All you need to do is add your personal touch!

Set up services for the mini bars and umbrellas is also available.
Showings
If you would like to view any of our rentals, please send us an email at info@bevyrentals.ca and we'll be happy to arrange a viewing. We are located in Hamilton, ON.
Important Notes
If your event is taking place above ground level, there must be a freight elevator for the bar & bar back and venue staff to assist with the elevator.​
We ask that you do not store mini bars or umbrellas outside overnight. These rentals must be brought indoors to avoid weather damage. Bars stationed outside must be adequately covered overnight to avoid weather damage.​​​
